Strategic Plan 2022

NPML needs your help to set the library's direction for the next 3 to 5 years.  An online survey and community engagement sessions moderated  by our library consultants, ReThinking Libraries, will be used as input to a 5-year Strategic Plan.

We want to elicit the widest possible community feedback about library collections, services, spaces and programs.  You can provide feedback in a variety of ways including by participating in either in-person or virtual community feedback sessions or by completing an online survey

Although in-person sessions are planned to focus on a particular age or interest group, the focus will be adjusted to accommodate attendees.  We encourage you to choose a session that fits into your schedule.  During the sessions, we will be seeking insight on local needs and desires as well as sharing examples of strong libraries and best practices.

Sessions will be 1 hour in length.  Sign up is requested, certainly not required but will allow us to send a reminder notice before the session. All in-person sessions will be held in the Conti Room.
