Libby

Read thousands of popular digital magazines in the Libby app or online at eLibraryNJ.overdrive.com.  To search for magazines in the Libby app, tap the magnifying glass at the bottom, then type in a magazine name.  To find back issues, tap the magazine's cover, then scroll down toward the bottom of the page that comes up and tap on the issue date. To browse magazines, tap the magnifying glass and then tap "magazines" under "Explore with Filters."  Magazine checkouts are unlimited. Hoopla Digital

If you can't find the magazine you're looking for in Libby, see if it's one of the 50 magazines Hoopla Digital makes available for a week at a time through the hoopla Magazines BingePass.  Borrowing the BingePass counts as one of your borrows for the month.
